Effective October 1, 2026, my individual counselling fee will be $150 per 55-minute session.

Note: You have TWO LOCATIONS to choose from:

Monday: HARBOUR CENTRE Suite 220 | 1829 Beaufort Avenue, Comox

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: NOURISH WELLNESS Unit C | 1822 Comox Avenue, Comox Second floor, back side of building; stairs or elevator available.

In-person and online appointments are available Monday–Thursday.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Education in Counselling and Leadership, with 20+ years experience as an educator, school counsellor and vice principal. Learning to regulate my own nervous system has allowed me to fully appreciate and hold a safe, compassionate space for those living in survival mode.
